What About Parking & Shuttle Service?
We offer two types of parking: FREE Off-Site Parking (with shuttle) and paid VIP Parking. Due to heavy traffic, Paid VIP Parking is Highly Recommended!

VIP Paid Parking is ONLY available in advance online.

The Rudolph Parking Lot (closest to the Santa’s Wonderland entrance) is pre-paid VIP Parking Only. However, Santa’s Wonderland offers a limited (but generous) number of Handicap Parking spaces in the Rudolph lot and they are “FREE". Handicap parking spaces fill up fast, so to guarantee yourself a space, you might consider purchasing a VIP Parking Pass for the Rudolph Lot, in the event that all the available Handicap Spaces are full at the time of your arrival.

The Prancer Parking Lot is just a few steps away and offers pre-paid VIP Parking, Handicap Parking and limited FREE General Parking. However, VIP Parking has Priority over General Parking. Once the General spaces in that lot are full, all cars will be routed to Off-Site Parking. Santa’s Wonderland offers a limited (but generous) number of Handicap Parking spaces in the Prancer lot and they are “FREE". Handicap parking spaces fill up fast, so to guarantee yourself a space, you might consider purchasing a VIP Parking Pass for the Prancer Lot, in the event that all the available Handicap Spaces are full at the time of your arrival.

Off-Site Parking is at the Museum of the American GI, just south of Santa’s Wonderland. It will only be open on designated nights when the Prancer general lot spaces are full. Watch for LED signs and police officers directing traffic. Announcements will also be delivered via Facebook to our fans. Overflow Parking is FREE and Shuttle Service is FREE.

There are Restrooms on the walkway between the Rudolph Lot and the Prancer Lot.

Sometimes the car lines to park can be very long. Please plan for slight delays and arrive slightly early. Please don’t arrive on an empty tank of gas in your vehicle.

Frontage Roads are ONE WAY. Please study the map below so you don’t miss your turn and have to get back into traffic.

What time Should I Arrive?:
Arrive Early! Santa’s Wonderland is now open at 3pm on Saturdays & Sundays. Many of the festivities can be done before it gets dark.

What Day Should We Visit ?
Santa’s Wonderland is much like other attractions such as Six Flags, Fiesta Texas, The Texas Renaissance Festival or Schlitterbahn Water Park in that weekends are much more popular than weekdays. So, if you are planning on a weekend visit, please prepare for larger crowds and longer wait times. In addition, as the season gets closer to Christmas, every day (weekend and weekday) becomes much busier with larger crowds attending.

Is Handicap Parking available?
Absolutely! Santa’s Wonderland offers a limited (but generous) number of Handicap Parking spaces in the Rudolph lot and the Prancer lot. Handicap spaces are “FREE" but fill up fast. To guarantee yourself a space, you might consider purchasing a VIP Parking Pass for the Rudolph Lot, in the event that all the available Handicap Spaces are full at the time of your arrival.
